IQD Crystal ’s IQXT-200 and IQXT-210 TCXOs now offer an extended operating temperature range of -40 to 105°C with exceptionally tight stability.  This wide temperature range is particularly appropriate for applications that are exposed to extreme environments and high temperatures such as portable radio systems for fire fighters, oil & gas industries and IoT.  However, it is not only the ambient temperature that requires oscillators up to 105 °C, but also the self-heating of other components that are placed close to the oscillator in the application in an enclosure.
The IQXT-200 is available in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package with a stability of ±50 ppb or ±280 ppb over this wide temperature range.  The IQXT-210, in the smaller 5.0 x 3.2 mm package, is now offered with a stability as tight as ±280 ppb over -40 to 105°C.  The four standard frequencies available are 10.0 MHz, 19.2 MHz, 20.0 MHz and 38.88 MHz however, others may be available upon request.
Current Draw 90 % less than standard OCXOs
Both models are specified with a 3.3 V supply voltage and an HCMOS output, while having a current draw of only 10 mA max.  The current draw of these TCXOs is 90 % less than comparable standard OCXOs.  Moreover, due to technical functionality, OCXOs cannot be offered at the extended temperature range of -40 to 105 °C.  This is why the IQXT-200 and IQXO-210 offer the ideal solution for applications within extreme temperature conditions where tight stabilities are essential.
These oscillators can also be specified to include a pulling range of ±8ppm min. and their frequency can be adjusted by a fixed amount for various applications, which also allows for remote applications.
The IQXT-200 and IQXT-210 are primarily designed for communication and IoT applications.  With the tight stability, they secure stable timing for applications such as small cells, Fibre Optic Networking (PON), Network Routers and Switches, 5G Base Stations, Backhaul Infrastructure, Wi-Fi and various other kinds of communication.
Both models are RoHS compliant, reflow soldering compatible and supplied on Tape & Reel.
